Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. This statement answers some of your most frequently asked questions about the way we treat the personal information that we collect.  A separate document entitled Privacy Policy sets out the terms of our use of your personal information and our commitment to protecting that date in more rigorous language.  In the event of a disagreement between it and this privacy statement, the Privacy Policy shall take precedence.

What personal information do you collect about me?

We may collect the following information about you:

  • Responses to quizzes and assignments
  • Course grades, course progress, and completion status.

When you visit our web site, we also collect:

  • what other sites you’ve visited recently

How do you use this information?

The main reasons we collect personal information from you are:

  • Application forms
  • To complete a sale/transaction
  • In order to track student progress in a course
  • To properly administer certifications upon successful completion of a course

If it is a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For example, upon completion of a certification-granting course offered by us, we pass your information on to the governing body for that certification. We may also pass on your name and address to a courier company or postal service to complete a delivery.

Use of personal information for secondary reasons

We also may use your personal information for other, secondary reasons, including:
